Join Mary MacKinnon Boyd (Health/Nutrition Life Coach), Melanie Burns (Vinyasa Yoga Teacher) and Kellie Lin Knott (Songwriter, Registered Yoga Teacher, Life Coach) for a weekend of heart pumping Vinyasa flow yoga (in the style of Baron Baptiste) nutritional & life coaching, healthy gourmet meals, and relaxing accomodation at the lovely Snow Squall Inn in Wiscasset Maine.

Pricing:
$200 for Weekend of Yoga and Wellness, including all meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast (accomodation billed separately, to view rooms and rates at the Inn, click here.)

7:45 am Breakfast (healthy, low sugar, high in flavor!)
8:30 am Morning Meditation, Yoga Practice, Journal Work
12:45 pm Lunch (healthy, low sugar, high in flavor!)
1:45 pm Afternoon Discussion & Yoga Practice
6:15 pm Dinner (healthy, low sugar, high in flavor!)

Sunday May 30th

7:45 am Breakfast
8:30 am Morning Meditation / Yoga Practice / Closing Ceremonies
