About the Owners

Paul and Melanie Harris purchased Snow Squall in April 2005 with the intent of providing an elegant and relaxing experience for their guests.

Paul “Chopper” Harris is a classically trained chef with an HND in hotel management and catering administration. Paul has worked for some of the finest restaurants in Paris, Switzerland, and most recently in Bermuda where he co-owned and operated the Robin Hood Pub and Restaurant.

A native of Massachusetts and a lifetime Red Sox fan, Melanie has worked in the IT industry internationally for the last 15 years, living in Brazil, Mexico, and most recently Bermuda. Melanie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has attended Baron Baptiste Teacher Training in Mexico and Hawaii and hopes to someday offer massage therapy and vinyasa yoga classes at Snow Squall.
